Beritai.com – the latest news from MotoGP race of the site which we summarized MotoGP and we present beritai, After the death of Fiat as a major sponsor in the 2007-2010 season, MotoGP, Yamaha seems to still have difficulties to find a replacement.

2012 season is the second year in which Yamaha had to fund their own projects in MotoGP without the help of major sponsors.

Since Fiat leave them at the end of 2010, Yamaha has not been able to find new investors to be the main sponsor their factory team. Since then Yamaha has not also get a world title again.

Yamaha team leader, Lin Jarvis expressed through the MCN that the search was conducted and the main sponsor of the management team also worked tirelessly since the winter to find new investors.

“The problem today is the racing industry fees, so all constructors, too, was thinking about how to get the most appropriate amount of costs,” said Jarvis. “MotoGP must make a new regulation that allows us to obtain the maximum reasonable fee.”

“Last year and this year, we were still able to concentrate on competing at the highest level (MotoGP) and promote the Yamaha (via GP),” he continued.

“But we are more pleased if we do it with cooperation partners, so we can achieve more profit. How long we can survive without the help of major sponsor? I do not know, but we are working hard to get the cooperation partner in the future,” he concluded .
